MY Intellectual Property Firm was founded by attorneys with extensive experience in technology development, corporate intellectual property departments, and patent law firms. Our attorneys are well-versed in all aspects of patent filing and litigation, offering a wealth of practical experience.
Around 2010, during a coffee break, attorneys Mao Liqun, with experience as an inventor and dedicated IP specialist in a corporate environment, and Yang Kai, an expert in securing IP rights and litigation, casually discussed the ideal form of professional IP services for companies.
In their conversation, they identified three key elements that are crucial for providing high-value services to businesses: "expertise," "communication," and "responsiveness." They quickly agreed that these core principles should define the IP services they offer.
To bring these shared values to life, they co-founded MY Intellectual Property Firm in 2014. Since its establishment, the firm has been dedicated to providing high-quality IP services, with a focus on "exceptional expertise," "close communication," and "prompt responsiveness”. Today, our elite team of around 20 professionals serves over 300 companies and international partner firms, maintaining strong and stable business partnerships.
